Magnolia Festival, Gardendale, AL – 15 salvations
April 23, 2022 (Ronnie Burlison)
North Alabama Event Evangelism covers areas within 100 miles of their location at East Highland Baptist in Hartselle, AL. On Saturday, April 23rd they had nine workers involved to share the gospel at the Gardendale Magnolia Festival. Two men set up the tent and materials before the festival opened and three worked the morning shift and four worked the afternoon shift. Ronnie Burlison is the team leader.
Fifteen people prayed for salvation at the ABC table. A short presentation of Admit you have sinned, Believe in Jesus and Call on the Lord is used to present the gospel. Twelve were counseled for assurance or to discuss their relationship to God. One of our workers shared the gospel with a young woman and her father that had fled Ukraine in recent weeks. They had a sponsor family in the Birmingham area. Truly, Alabama reaches out to help those in need.
Smoke on the Water, Florence, AL – 2 salvations
April 23, 2022 (Eddy Garner)

3 Salvations and 2 Assurances
April 22-23, 2022
(Beth & Wes Walker)
There were 3 teens that accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. 5 more come back and talk to us and were reassured. Over the 2 nights we spoke to 191 people at the board , with the large crowds and bright lights we were blessed to have that many stop by to listen. We talked to over 20 more people at the back that were reassured but didn’t want to receive the bible study or give out their information. One of the last young ladies was brought over by her friend. After she had prayed to receive Jesus Wesley asked her friend if she was familiar with the bible verse about the friends that lowered the paralyzed man through the roof to see Jesus. He told her she was just like them because of her faith she brought her friend to meet Jesus and now she was healed. She just smiled so brightly knowing she helped her friend. She is with her friend in the picture. Just thought that was a great example of how God uses others to meet His son.
